Actor/performer Mario Orozco was born in Montclair, California, the fifth member in a family of six. Regularly a reserved child, he quickly outgrew his quiet behavior during his teenage years. Mario first realized his performance potential in school as the humorous class clown, wherein he decided to pursue the thespian craft by investigating Theatre and Drama courses. Facing the typical issues of a high school scholar, including academic and financial issues, he was never hindered from pursuing his young acting career. After enrolling in professional acting classes and networking with his casting comrades, Mario's venture began to flourish.

Mario's noteworthy projects to-date include appearances in "Splinter" (starring Edward James Olmos, Tom Sizemore, Enrique Almeida), Ernie Reyes Jr.'s "Red Canvas", and Daniel Zirilli's "Clash". Mario's future film projects include "Days of Wrath" (with Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Taye Diggs, Lawrence Fishburne, Wilmer Valderrama, and Brandon T. Jackson), Oren Moverman's "Rampart" (starring Woody Harrelson, Ice Cube, Ben Foster, and Sigourney Weaver), the late Corey Haim's final film "Deci$ion$", Damian Chapa's "El Padrino 2", "Emilio" (starring Walter Perez and Jesse Garcia), and T.A. William's "Stolen Moments of September" with C. Thomas Howell.

Mario has also played several essential roles in television shows like David Duchovny's "Californication", "Human Giant", "Mind of Mencia", "Untold Stories of the E.R"., "America's Most Wanted", and "Jose Luis Sin Censura". Some of his other TV appearances can be found in "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles", "Crossing Jordan", "Bones", and "Dirt".

Mario's attempts are not solely limited to this kind of work, as he educated kids in the youth outreach PSA "Choices." He has performed in the promotional movie for Grammy-winner Toby Keith's music tour, as well as Keith's music video "American Ride," both of which were directed by the legendary Michael Salomon. Mario has also performed on stage in Mark E. Swinton live play projects, his latest entitled "What's Going On". Furthermore, Mario has appeared in Sony, American Express, Levis, Mun2, Burger King, and Direct TV spots, just to list few of his commercial accomplishments.

Mario's leap of faith and persistence has helped him reach a success in this enormous entertainment industry. His future has a good start. With his already growing career, peeked interest by producers, his acceptance to SAG (Screen Actors Guild), AFTRA and the constant support and motivation of his friends, family, and fans, Mario has confidence that his continued success is secured. Keep a wary eye on the efforts of this rising star.
