Shawn (Dominic Rains), an automotive designer, enjoys an idyllic life with his new wife Jasmine (Serinda Swan) until it is interrupted by a cryptic message. The message warns of imminent danger and a curse that has afflicted his family for generations. Having lost his parents as a child, Shawn doesnÂ’t believe this unsettling revelation of his pastÂ….until strange things start to happen. Unable to explain the threats and fearing for his life, Shawn turns to Gabriel (Ray Park) and Father Westhoff (William Atherton), a mysterious duo claiming to have answers. With their help, and the aid of Ali (Faran Tahir), a shackled mental patient, Shawn discovers that there is far more to this world than he ever imagined. These revelations set Shawn on a collision course with the unknown, and he alone must find the strength to protect his family and confront the ancient evil that is hunting them.

Ajmal Zaheer Ahmad is an American film director, writer and producer from Detroit, Michigan. He is also co-founder and current CEO of Detroit-based film production company Exxodus Pictures. Ajmal was born to Pakistani parents in West Bloomfield, Michigan. He attended Detroit Country Day School in Southfield, Michigan and Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. Ajmal began his career as a concept designer in California for film, television and commercials. He made his debut in 2000 by creating a commercial for Apple Computers called Apple Core. Ajmal then produced a short film Alliance in 2005 and a Bollywood film It's a Mismatch (now Perfect Mismatch) in 2009. He gained public recognition by his action-horror-thriller film Jinn, released in April 2014. Ajmal has also appeared Television series Icon News in 2010 and film The Citizen in 2012. His upcoming projects include My Soul To Keep.
