He is a brazilian actor. Began his career in amateur theater groups in his hometown, Cachoeiro de Itapemirim. After living for one year in the United States (Texas) as an exchange student, he returned to Brazil and settled in Rio de Janeiro , where continued his studies in free courses of drama schools .
In 1994 , joined the Actors Laura Theater Company ( in Rio de Janeiro) , then headed by Daniel Herz and Susanna Kruger , where he worked in more than ten plays and earned a nomination for the most important Theater Award in Brazil: Shell Award for his performance in "The Impostures of Scapin" . In television, among other works , he worked on 3 micro series directed by Luiz Fernando Carvalho : "Hoje é dia de Maria" - first and second jorney; and "Capitu".
In the movies are already 9 long . Among these "Sem Controle" , "Chico Xavier - the movie" and "Elite Squad 2". This last one has been seen for over 11 million spectators only in Brazil. A record in the country .
In 2015 he is the latest movie from director Ruy Guerra, "Quase Memória".
With his first monologue ( "The Eternal Son", 2011) was nominated for four best actor awards in Brazil and got another 2 (Shell Award and Best Actor APTR ) .
