Jeffrey B. Harter, better known as Jeff Harter, is an american freelance illustrator.
He worked as an animation assistant for Disney Animation Studio since 1997, and lately in 2013, he joined American Greetings and made his first animation series, Packages From Planet X.
In 2015, Jeff retires from American Greetings to become a professor at the Cleveland Institute Of Art until 2021.
He created the concept for the animated tv series "Boy, Girl, Dog, Cat, Mouse, Cheese." (2019)
