Heather Halley is a multi-talented and accomplished voice actor/actress/host. Heather has taken her unique talents and made an astounding career in television, radio, video games, animation and film. Her many years of professional experience also include on-air promotion, live-event announcing, character animation, gaming and anime. In the beginning of her career, Heather quickly became a regular on HBO's successful sitcom "Not Necessarily the News", where she worked alongside Damon Wayans and Colin Quinn.

Heather studied under famed TV Host instructor and coach, Markie Costello. In late 2013, Heather traveled to Connecticut to interview her long time friend, paranormal investigator and inspiration for the Warner Bros. feature film The Conjuring, Lorraine Warren. The popularity of that YouTube video exploded almost immediately and soon after, Heather was being asked to audition to be Katie Couric's "Host for a Day"; a national contest that attracted thousands of auditions and one in which Heather became a finalist; her video submission being seen by millions on Katie's last televised show.

Throughout her career, Heather has grown an impressive resume of film and television credits most recently appearing alongside Robert David Hall (CSI:), Jeremy Miller (Growing Pains) and Casper Van Dien (Starship Troopers) in the upcoming feature AAAH, Roach! And a reoccurring role on General Hospital! She appeared with Craig Ferguson (CBS' The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson) in the Warner Bros. feature The Big Tease. Heather has enjoyed guest-starring roles on Sabrina The Teenage Witch, Style Network's Diary of an Affair and the ABC After School Specials My Dad Can't Be Crazy...Can He? with Loretta Swit and Wil Weaton and The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde with Laura Dern, Linda Hunt, Amy Irving and Rue McClanahan. Recently, Heather has had lead roles in two Funny or Die favorites, Lost Flyer and The Closing Shift and she has played many lead roles, including one in My Ex, a film directed by Barney Cheng (Hollywood Ending).

Most well known for playing the iconic character 'Paramedic' in the popular 'Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence, Metal Gear Portable Ops video game series, Heather's video game credits also include: 'Betty Boop' in Betty Boop Dance Card, 'Elka, 'Kyla' and 'Kelsey Louise' in Dead Rising 3,'Chloe Valens' in Tales of Legendia, 'Hagumi Hamamoto' in Honey and Clover, 'Edda and 'Young Martin' in The Syfy Channels TV series, Monster, 'Vanessa' in Final Fight: Street Wise, 'Chase Turner' in Eco Rangers, several characters in Terminator Salvation: The Machinima TV Series EverQuest II: Desert of Flames, 'Miyoko' and 'Angela' in Rogue Galaxy: Event 16, Unfinished Business with Vince Vaughn, 'Talia' and 'Ailani' in Lil' Bratz Partytime DVD, 'Mirabelle' in Bounty, Super Lucky's Tale, Secret of Mana, Fox's TV show, The Exorcist, and many more.

In addition to voicing game characters, Heather has also performed as dozens of characters in animation, children's DVDs and toys including several for the award-winning Nick Jr. series 'Olivia The Pig', Cartoon Network's 'Ben 10' and 'Secret Mountain Fort Awesome', Barbie Dolls, many Bratz titles and dozens of toys for Fisher Price and Mattel.

Among her many extraordinary voice career highlights, Heather has had the distinguished honor of being cast as Live Announcer for the 51st Grammy Awards, the 4th and 5th annual Video Game Awards and the 10th Kids Choice Awards. Perhaps her proudest moment came when she was selected by the National Association of Broadcasters Foundation to narrate the Award Ceremony in Washington D.C. where Sir Elton John was presented the esteemed Leadership Award for his work in the fight against AIDS.

Heather's commercial and on-air promotion voice work is extensive, including hundreds of TV and Radio spots for such national brands as CBS Television (American Country Music's Superstar Duets, Big Brother, Criminal Minds), May Company Department Stores, Kuerig, Nissan, McDonalds, Clorox, Burger King, The Home Depot, Publix, Netflix, Taco Bell, Hyundai, T-Mobile, Fantastic Sam's, Sea World, Cooks Ham, US Cellular, Taco Bueno, Public Storage, Shrek Babies, Little Tykes. California Psychics and Baby Bjor.

An accomplished theater actress, Heather trained with the likes of Tim Robbins' award-winning company The Actor's Gang, Brian Drillinger at Larry Moss' Edgemar Center for the Arts. Stella Adler's protege, Marjorie Ballentine. She performed Improv with the Acme Theatre Company and Second City, and also studied the art of puppetry with The Jim Henson Company in New York, working alongside master puppeteers Kevin Clash, (Elmo) and Rick Lyons, the Tony Award winning puppeteer/creator of "Avenue Q". Member of Theatre 68 Theatre Company.

A former professional dancer and choreographer, Heather studied under master choreographer and teacher, Patsy Swayze at Swayze's studio in Simi Valley, California where Heather was given the opportunity to teach autistic, deaf and blind children. Her experience with those children encouraged her to study and become fluent in American Sign Language; a skill she holds close to her heart.
