Biography

Graduated in Humanities - specializing in audiovisual communication - from the University of Navarra, he moved to Madrid in 1999 to obtain an outstanding diploma in film direction and television production at the Tai university school of arts.

He has directed the feature film premiered at the Sitges International Festival The Coolest Hair adaptation of the play of the same name by the seXpeare theater group, a dozen short films (several of them such as El síndrome del Ártico or Salva el mundo!! awarded nationally and internationally), made advertising spots and the Antena 3 series Ell@s.

A worker in the world of cinema, he began as an assistant director, later becoming a script supervisor and first assistant director in films such as Vida y color by Santiago Tabernero, Our lovers by Miguel Ángel Lamata, Kingdom of Heaven by Ridley Scott, among other.

He is also a producer of music videos for artists such as Ara Malikian, Raphael, Loquillo and many more. Being nominated for Best Long Video at the Latin Grammy Awards in 2016.

On television, he has participated in various Rtve programs as a scriptwriter, producer of pieces and assistant director (Carta blanca, DVD Extras, La nube, Revista de cine, Galas del Festival de San Sebastián- 2022).

Currently (2022) he has just written the series on Federico García Lorca Las voces perdidas with Carlos Saura and is developing others such as Los parafílicos and Breve (with Gerardo Herrero- Tornasol media), Cr1pt0" or El enigma Gardel (with Franciscus Productions) as well as several feature film scripts, as the adaptation of the novel A Perfect Person, edited by Seix Barral, by Jaime Arracó Montoliu.
