Roya Zargar was born to a Luxemburgish mother and Persian father in Luxembourg, a small country in Europe.She started traveling all around the world at a young age. and had many unusual experiences in her life that add spice to her craft as an actress. Jack Waltzer ,former member of Kazan's troupe has been her teacher and mentor for many years.Roya is a free spirit, fearless , fierce and unpredictable in her acting.

Roya started her career with major theater tours in Europe , playing lead characters in plays like Dostoivski's "The Idiot" and "Festen" a theatrical adaptation of the famous film. She then started to set her foot in the movie world with movies like Tempesta with Malcolm McDowell followed by films like Flawless with Demi Moore and Michael Caine.She lives in LA and works on several different projects.Roya is also a member of Playhouse West's Studio 4.
