Mel's theater career began in Cleveland at the age of 6 and with a move to Chicago she choreographed and competed for Arthur Murray Dance Company and worked in comedy, Improv and sketch as well as the renowned Apollo Theater Chicago. She then moved on to Los Angeles where she was lucky enough to work in many commercials, TV and film. Mel spent 6 years in Panama directing and acting in Professional Theater (Spanish and English), TV(Spanish) and film (Spanish and English).
