Eva Vik is an award-winning Czech director, writer, and producer represented by Ridley Scott's Creative Group. Named in the prestigious Forbes' 30 Under 30, Vik's films starring Sean Penn, Suki Waterhouse, Barbara Palvin, Dylan Sprouse, Soo-Joo Park, and Jack Kilmer have premiered on platforms such as MUBI, Nowness, Dazed, Vogue, and Amazon Prime Video. Eva's transformational trilogy of short films, including Sound of Sun (starring Penn and Waterhouse), has also screened at venues such as the Centre Pompidou in Paris. Her work has earned numerous esteemed awards, including Best Director at ISA Awards, along with nominations at acclaimed festivals such as the Tribeca Film Festival.
Vik's latest work includes Serpentine, a sci-fi body-horror short film starring Barbara Palvin. Sponsored by Bvlgari, the film explores the birth of a new interspecies. Serpentine premiered in the Official Competition at the Tribeca Film Festival, won Best Genre Short Film at the Mammoth Film Festival, and was subsequently released by Nowness, attracting over 3 million views. Another notable project, Raven, examines the relationship between extraterrestrial intelligence and humanity, exploring the creation of new DNA and the rebirth of planet Earth. Raven was released by Vogue.
