He began his schooling at the prep school Milton Academy and then moved to New York and attended public high school where he was an honors student.

He won the title of Mr. Mamaroneck High School in 2005.

He lived in Russia for four years, from 1996 to 2000. He attended the Anglo American Schools of St. Petersburg and Moscow.

Left Colgate in 2006 (after one year) to live in New York City and attend The Gallatin School at New York University.

Recently completed a short film, "Two Youngmen, UT.", that received Faculty Honors at the 2008 Columbia Film Festival. He played the role of Will. (May 2008).

Declined admission to the University of Chicago twice. First to attend Colgate, then to attend New York University for his sophomore year.

Was Captain of his high school Cross Country team. All-League swimmer and diver.

Received a grade of A+ for his Basic Acting class at Colgate University. He received a Dean's Award for academics as well.

Played soccer, swimming, diving, tennis and hockey from age 10. Also ran track and field while at prep school.

Won an award while on the Track & Field team at Milton Academy. It was called the "Where did that kid come from?" award.

Finished his first feature length screenplay at the age of 17, titled "Feels Like Home".
