Renata Hinrichs

Renata Hinrichs is an award winning actress-writer-producer. Credits include; Law & Order: Organized Crime (2021), Marvel's, Jessica Jones (2015) on Netflix with Janet McTeer, AppleTV's, Extrapolations (2023) with Tahar Rahim, directed by Scott Z. Burns, the lead role in the Cannes Award winning film, Happy Now (2004), and her solo play, "Random Acts". She won an OBIE Award for best ensemble in Big Dance Theater's production of, "A Simple Heart", directed by Annie-B Parson. She was a series regular on Bobby Flay's first Food Network show and she is a proud member of FAB (theater For, About and By women) at the Barrow Group. As an actor, Renata loves playing earthy and complex women with good hearts and good humor who often overcome great adversity. Her solo play, "Random Acts", received the Best Storytelling Script award from the United Solo Festival and has been performed in New York City; Off-Broadway, in high schools and in regional theaters throughout the United States.
