Jon Snow may know nothing, as the famous line from Game of Thrones goes. But the actor who played him, Kit Harington, knows he is happy to step outside the hero role and flex another side of his acting chops.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the actor expressed delight at taking on a different sort of character in the neo-Western, Blood for Dust.

Harington plays Ricky, a drugs and arms dealer, who works for a cartel.

“I rarely get the opportunity to play the Rickys of this world, the antagonistic dirtbag types, and I was excited to be presented with that opposite an actor like Scoot,” Harington said.

Harington adopts a mustache and American accent in the film. It’s all part of his plan to expand his range. While Harington won the role of Black Knight in Eternals, backlash makes it unlikely that he will reprise the character in future projects.

Netflix's upcoming Korean drama Black Knight may be based on a webtoon, but those familiar with the original story will find that the series offers a very different experience. To begin with, the protagonist Sa-wol (played by Start Up's Kang Yoo-seok) is a boy instead of a girl, though his admiration of 5-8 (The Heirs star Kim Woo-bin) and the deliveryman program remains the same. The series was written and directed by Choi Ui-seok, who previously teamed up with Woo-bin on the 2016 hit Master.

After he was forced to withdraw from the Masters Tournament earlier this month due to an injury, Tiger Woods revealed on Wednesday that he had to undergo surgery to fix a pre-existing condition.

“Earlier today, Tiger underwent a subtalar fusion procedure to address his post-traumatic arthritis from his previous talus fracture,” Woods’ team tweeted on Wednesday. “It was performed by Dr. Martin O’Malley at Hss Sports Medicine Institute in New York City. He has determined the surgery to be successful.”

“Tiger is currently recovering and looks forward to beginning his rehabilitation,” the message continued. According to FootcareMD.org, a subtalar fusion surgery, which addresses damaged joints near the ankle, “locks bones together and is appropriate for diseased joints that can’t be replaced. Once a fusion heals together, it acts as one unit and can restore function and provide significant pain relief.”

The tournament was suspended by bad weather Saturday. Even then, Woods seemed hobbled, the wet grounds making it difficult to walk on his surgically repaired right leg from a 2021 car crash. Woods, 47, barely made the cut for the third round.

“I am disappointed to have to Wd this morning due to reaggravating my plantar fasciitis,” Woods wrote on Twitter today. “Thank you to the fans and to @TheMasters who have shown me so much love and support. Good luck to the players today!”

Tiger Woods withdrew from the Masters before the resumption of the third round because of an injury Sunday, ending his streak of completing all 72 holes of every tournament he has played at Augusta National as a professional.

The tournament announced about 90 minutes before play began that Woods, who is still hobbled by the effects of the 2021 car accident that nearly cost him his right leg, had withdrawn. He’d limped through practice rounds early in the week and again during the first and second rounds, but the limp had become more pronounced as the weather worsened.

Augusta, April 9 (Ians) Brooks Koepka added one more birdie to his total to get to 13-under, even as his closest rival, Jon Rahm, slipped from 10-under to nine-under and the lead had swelled to four shots at the 87th Masters.

In Savage Avengers #8 by David Pepose, Carlos Mango, Espn Grundetjern, and Vc's Travis Lanham, the superteam battles Ultron (Deathlok Prime) in Marvel's far future in 2099. Anticipation is high for the MCU’s Blade movie, but the success of the film is going to be highly challenged by the franchise itself. The MCU’s Blade is already set up for failure as it will be compared to the earlier movie adaptations that starred Wesley Snipes in the titular role. While Mahershala Ali’s Blade is likely to be an exciting portrayal of the character, the demand for the movie to be perfect will be high from the very beginning.

Jackie "Jacks" Chopra debuted in 2021's Black Knight: Curse of the Ebony Blade #1 as a fiercely curious and brave college student obsessed with Arthurian legends. Eventually Jacks gets caught up in a scheme between Mordred and Dane Whitman with Mordred attempting to obtain the cursed Ebony Blade. It was later revealed that Jacks is Dane's daughter he never knew about - after he abandoned her mother - and the two decide to split the heroic title of the Black Knight, sharing the darkly powerful Ebony Blade.

A deleted scene from Doctor Strange features a major MCU setup that was cut, but the upcoming Blade movie is the perfect opportunity to pay it off. While Conan the Barbarian is being hunted by a Deathlok for crimes against the time stream in the pages of Savage Avengers, several heroes including Cloak, Dagger, Black Knight, Weapon H, Anti-Venom and Elektra, come to his aid. Conan and Deathlok, along with the heroes, are shoved back in time to Conan's era. During their fighting, latent memories within Deathlok's human brain are activated, and he realizes that he is actually an adult version of the Spider-Man Miles Morales.

Nightcrawler is struggling with his new look, which is influencing him to act in a more aggressive, animalistic manner. While the new Black Knight consoles him, however, Kurt runs across some German kids, who instantly identify him as "Krampus." Krampus is a European folk character, usually associated with the Christmas holidays. Unlike Santa Claus, who brings presents to good children, Krampus punishes the naughty ones.

Killmonger died in 2018's Black Panther, taking arguably the McU's most compelling villain off the board immediately. Though villains tend to survive their encounters with superheroes in Marvel Comics more often than in the movies, some villains died sooner than expected, including iconic characters like the Green Goblin.

Eternals actor Kit Harington reveals the reason that he signed on to play Dane Whitman in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film. Directed by Chloé Zhao, Eternals premiered in November 2021, branching out in terms of genre and character to explore the celestial side of the MCU in more depth. Fans were really hyped about Kit Harington’s entry in the MCU with Eternals. After Game of Thrones cconcluded, Marvel was quick to cast him as Dane Whitman, aka the Black Knight in Chloe Zhao’s movie that also introduced Richard Madden as Ikaris. In a new chat with The Hollywood Reporter, Harington spoke about his casting process and Black Knight’s MCU future.

We have not, it seems, seen the last of Sersi and the gang, as the Eternals are going to appear again in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The question is, when will they show up? And, perhaps more importantly, where are they going to show up? We will get into some speculation and analysis but first, let's go over precisely what we know.

Peter Jackson's 1992 film "Braindead," released in North America as "Dead Alive," while certainly an object of intimidation for gore-averse cineastes, remains, at its heart, a comedy film. Jackson has spoken in the past about how "Dead Alive" was not inspired so much by raw, hard-edged gore films like "Cannibal Holocaust," and more by the whimsical violence of "Monty Python and the Holy Grail." A notable scene in the 1974 comedy classic features a bridge sentry, the Black Knight (John Cleese), getting into a swordfight with King Arthur (Graham Chapman). Over the course of the fight, his extremities are sliced off one by one, only to return to battle unfazed. While blood spurts copiously from each severed limb, the Black Knight doesn't seem to feel any pain. 

When he is reduced to a mere head and torso, only then will he admit that his swordfight will now have to be declared a draw.
