Actress

Kathleen R. Delaney is an American voice actress who worked for 4Kids Entertainment, an anime dubbing company. She voiced Rouge the Bat from Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic X from 2003 to 2010 with an Angelina Jolie sound-alike voice to fit Rouge's attitude. She also voiced characters in One Piece, Viva Piñata and many more.
