Collapse (2009)
Mike Ruppert graduated from UCLA with a BA in Public Sevice in 1973. He resigned from the LAPD in 1978 due to stress brought about by threats to his life, and betrayal by those he thought would be loyal (including his fiancée at the time).

Ruppert claims to have discovered, in the late 70s, a CIA drug-running operation in New Orleans. His subsequent efforts to expose this alleged crime cost him his career, his health, and almost his sanity.

Since 2001, Ruppert has been at the forefront of efforts to expose government cover-ups and lies about the events of September 11, 2001. After a brief few years living abroad, mostly in Venezuela, then Brooklyn, New York, Ruppert has settled once more into a more peaceful life in Los Angeles, California.
