Fraser Brown is a New Zealand-based creative producer and actor with over 20 years of experience across film, television, and theatre. A graduate of Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School, he is the Creative Director and co-founder of FluroBlack, a production company known for bold, character-driven storytelling.
As a producer, Fraser has helped bring to life a wide range of internationally recognised projects, including McLaren, Wayne, Stylebender, Whina, and The Dead Lands TV Series. His work spans elevated genre, documentary, and drama, often balancing emotional depth with commercial reach. McLaren was the highest-grossing New Zealand film in 2017 and was released globally by Universal Pictures. His projects have premiered at top festivals and been represented internationally via partners including Mister Smith Entertainment, Head Gear Films, Transmission Films, Gunpowder & Sky, and AMC/Shudder.
Alongside his producing career, Fraser continues to work as an actor. His performances span lead, supporting, and guest roles in film and television, including Field Punishment No.1 (as Archibald Baxter), 25 April, The Gulf, Harry, Legend of the Seeker, and American Playboy: The Hugh Hefner Story. He is also an accomplished voice-over artist and stage performer.
