Tanner Elton

Tanner Elton leads the US Advertising business for Amazon, overseeing Advertising Sales, Agency Development, and Account Management since January 1, 2019. Elton has led the organization through a dynamic period of advertising portfolio growth - from Prime Video ads, Thursday Night Football, Twitch, IMDb, Fire TV, Amazon Music, Alexa, Sponsored Ads, and other emerging products. He oversees all aspects of advertising strategy and development for both Brand and Performance based advertising, working with the biggest brands and agencies in the industry. Prior to that, Mr. Elton served as Director of Sales for Entertainment, Automotive, Travel, Toys, and Video Games at Amazon from February 2014 to December 2018. Additionally, Mr. Elton serves on the Board of The ADVERTISING Club of New York. He holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University and lives in Santa Monica, CA with his wife, Megan, and their five children. They enjoy traveling as a family, surfing, basketball, football, volleyball, and spending as much time at the beach as possible.
