Biography

Angel Oquendo was born and raised in The Bronx, New York and traveled the world while proudly serving in the U.S. Army. He's worked at the National Security Agency, the Central Intelligence Agency and held Top Secret security clearances. He's had a number of diverse and interesting jobs to include time as a telecoms engineer, an instructor at the National Cryptologic School, a licensed real estate agent, and even a radio disc jockey. Then he found his true calling - acting.

On Film, Oquendo has an impressive body of work alongside some of Hollywood's most talented Oscar® winning and nominated actors/directors with supporting roles in Ocean's 13 (2007), Chambre 1408 (2007), King of California (2007), and Shadowboxer (2005) to name a few.

On TV, Oquendo has had a number of guest appearances on Emmy® winning and nominated shows including: Mentalist (2008), Dexter (2006), Tout le monde déteste Chris (2005), Dr House (2004), Nip/Tuck (2003), and many more.

You can also hear Oquendo's voice-over work on Mad Max: Fury Road (2015), American Sniper (2014), Happy Feet 2 (2011), The Dark Knight : Le Chevalier noir (2008), L'échange (2008), Cloverfield (2008), Je suis une légende (2007), and many other amazing Films, TV shows and video games.

With many ongoing projects in the works, Oquendo doesn't have much spare time. He's continued to serve his country as a Broadcast Journalist in the U.S. Air National Guard and volunteers to work with children through the SAG Foundation's BookPALS program, making a difference in their lives.
