With 283 episodes and an eight-year run, Adventure Time is one of Cartoon Network's longest-running shows — and the adventures of Finn the Human and Jake the Dog remain memorable, even seven years after its finale. Of course, the fact that Adventure Time remains such an iconic animated series raises questions about why it ended after season 10 (and whether it was canceled). From the show's 2010 debut, it was clear there was something special about it, from its complex and entertaining characters to its balance of poignant lessons and outlandish humor.
Characters like Finn, Jake, and even Bmo are still recognizable today, mostly because of how influential Adventure Time was while it was on air. The series won numerous Primetime Emmys, a Peabody Award, and other accolades, and it proved a successful addition to Cartoon Network's lineup in terms of ratings, even if its later seasons weren't as strong as the earlier ones.

Come on, grab your friends because Funko has a new collection of items for Adventure Time fans. The collectible giant is releasing a set of five new digital Pop! figures featuring some of Jake and Finn's old friends, like Bmo, Susan Strong, and Tree Trunks, as well as one of their greatest, inevitable foes - The Lich. Though the iconic human and dog duo don't make an appearance themselves, Funko's mascot Freddy and his dog Proto fill in for the occasion with costumes and a replica of Finn's chipped and scratched golden sword of battle, making for a unique virtual collectible. Ahead of their release on the official Funko website, Collider can share an exclusive look at the new collectibles.

Adventure Time is filled with colorful, goofy, and occasionally creepy characters, and Lemongrab might be the most complete mix of all three characteristics. Over 10 seasons of Adventure Time, dozens of cute, funny, evil, heroic, and everything-in-between characters have been introduced to flesh out the show's extensive lore. Of all the strange kingdoms in the Land of Ooo, the Earldom of Lemongrab may be the strangest, and it's ruled by the tyrannical, if often laughable, fist of the Earl of Lemongrab.
The shrieking candy person, who is voiced by Justin Roiland, and Jinkx Monsoon in the spinoff Fionna and Cake after Roiland was accused of sexual misconduct and assault, was originally a creation of Princess Bubblegum's long before the show started.
