Jared Meeker creates soundtracks that tell stories - from award-winning indie films to collaborations with global music legends. A genre-shifting composer, guitarist, and educator based in Los Angeles, Jared blends the emotional power of blues, world music, and electronica with cinematic production. His work has appeared in films like 3, Take Me To Tarzana, and Interreflections, and on TV networks like NBC, Showtime, and MTV. A CalArts graduate, he's also a published author and teacher having taught seminars at USC, UCLA, SUNY, and Loyola Marymount. As a composer, performer, and sound designer, he moves fluidly between scoring, producing, teaching, and developing new tools for musicians and media creators.
