Bad Cop episode 6 ended with Cib officer Arif Khan and his team finally gaining access to the hard disk that belonged to the slain journalist Anand Mishra. It included details of the people who were involved in the illegal ivory trade. Anand Mishra had saved a video he recorded which revealed inspector Karan Naik, his colleague Rahil, their seniors at the force, and the Mla were protecting Kazbe as he was instrumental in the slaughter of elephants and the ivory trade. Arif was now aware Karan was the bad cop, and he wondered if he had misled him by offering the sketch of the man who killed Anand Mishra. Unbeknownst to anyone except Arjun, Karan was dead. It looks like Arjun’s headed into deep trouble, as a lot of secrets will be uncovered, including his taking over the identity of his dead twin brother.

Why did Arjun meet Kazbe?...

Episode four of Bad Cop ends with Arjun describing the killer to the police-appointed sketch artist. It is surprising to know Arjun only got a glimpse of the killer and was able to describe the man. Arjun was also afraid Arif would catch up with him and his identity would be exposed. Arif was also questioning bookies who were at the party the night Anand Mishra was killed, as they spotted another man leaving the hotel premises.

What was Arjun’s plan of action with the sketch?

Arjun had the suspected killer sketched as a ploy to get himself out of the case before Arif Khan of Cib caught up to him. He asked his subordinate to run the sketch through their database to find out who the man could be. He also asked him to send the sketch to all the police stations around them to get to the bottom of this.

The second episode of Bad Cop ended with Arjun deciding to find out who Kasbe was and why he’d killed his brother. He plans to take his revenge for the murder of his brother and has to return to Karan’s wife while pretending to be his brother to fetch the letter in which Arjun confessed. He was back to discover that Arif Khan from Cbi was on their doorstep.

He said: “There is no shame attached to men watching everyday soap operas; this is just an assumption made by those around us and it is completely false. The cliche in society is that only women watch daily soap operas, therefore it’s amazing to see that there are males who enjoy watching serials but are reluctant to admit it. I think it shouldn’t be generalised, but I think after a hard day’s work in the evening, one can find the entire family watching daily soaps.”
