Suburgatory threw fans not one, but two curveballs last week when the sophomore ABC sitcom revealed that that a) Dalia (Carly Chaikin) used to hook up with Noah's eldest daughter, Jenna (Courtney Merritt), and b) that she had a secret stash of pictures of her and George "Daddy" Altman (Jeremy Sisto) hidden in her sock drawer. But what does it all mean? Thankfully, not everything is exactly what it seems.

If you watched last night’s episode of ABC’s Suburgatory, you, along with everyone else, found out that ice queen Dalia Royce (Carly Chaikin) has a same sex romance in her past and events in the episode drive her to a place that any woman scorned knows too well – a place of revenge.

While Dalia has never gotten along too well with classmate/neighbor Tessa Altman (Jane Levy), things went to new heights in last night’s episode when Dalia found Tessa spending platonic time with Jenna (Courtney Merritt), who we found out later in the episode was once a frequent hook up of Dalia’s. Jenna, however, broke it off with Dalia for her stalker tendencies and we’ll see just how unhinged Dalia is beneath her plastic facade.

If you're a regular viewer of ABC's hit sitcom Suburgatory, you know that spoiled rich girl Dalia Royce (played by Carly Chaikin) often targets neighbor/classmate Tessa Altman (Jane Levy) and her friends and calling them lesbians in her flat, monotoned voice is a regular thing.

In tonight's episode, however, there's something different happening with Dalia when she finds Tessa (and fellow neighbor Lisa Shay, played by Allie Grant) with Jenna (guest star Courtney Merritt), a girl that may have a past of sorts with Dalia. Tessa definitely notices something is going on — and it's not long before we find out what that something is.

The Late Bloomer Short Film has premiered. Craig Macneill‘s Late Bloomer (2004) stars Sam Borenzweig, Lauren Bond, Danicah Waldo, Courtney Merritt, and Godfrey Pflager. Late Bloomer‘s plot synopsis: “a short film about 7th grade sex ed class gone horribly wrong. Loosely based on the dark tales of H.P. Lovecraft.” Baaahhhhh. This short film is hilarious. The ending is outrageous (in a good way). The reveal is well-orchestrated: the students’ faces, the principal, etc. Late Bloomer was written Clay McLeod Chapman, produced Thom Litttle, and edited by Emily Williams. Despite a great start, there won't be a second season of Cmt's first original sitcom, Working Class. The cable channel has announced that the TV series has been cancelled after just 12 episodes.

Working Class revolves around Carli Mitchell (Melissa Peterman), a single mom who's trying to give her kids a better life by moving them to an upscale suburb. She quickly finds that the transition is harder than she thought. She's unwittingly befriended by her cranky neighbor, Hank (Ed Asner), and her only career prospect is a grocery store job working under Rob (Patrick Fabian), the man she's attracted to who also has a girlfriend. With the help of her brother (Steve Kazee), Carli somehow finds a way to make it all work. Her kids are played by Lachlan Buchanan, Courtney Merritt, and Cameron Castaneda.

Can we all muster up one big, "Welcome back, Ed Asner!"? The 'Mary Tyler Moore Show' veteran is heading back to TV in a new Cmt sitcom.

According to Live Feed, Asner will star in 'Working Class,' Cmt's first scripted series, opposite 'Reba' star Melissa Peterman.

In the series, Peterman, a blue collar single mom, moves her family to the suburbs. There, she meets her curmudgeonly neighbor played by Asner. This is Asner's first series regular role since 'Studio 60.' He'll also appear as Warren Buffett in HBO's 'Too Big to Fail.'

"We are thrilled to have the iconic Ed Asner join Melissa and our entire cast as we launch our first sitcom," Brad Johnson, senior vice president of development at Cmt, said. "Asner is synonymous with legendary television, and we know he will bring a classic comedic edge to our fresh family sitcom.

The Working Class cast also includes Steve Kazee, Patrick Fabian, Lachlan Buchahan, Courtney Merritt and Cameron Castaneda.

The 12-episode multicamera series will launch in January.

A seven-time Emmy winner, Asner is returning to primetime television in Cmt's first scripted sitcom, "Working Class."

The "Mary Tyler Moore Show" and "Lou Grant" star is joining previously announced lead Melissa Peterman in the series about a blue-collar single mom who moves her family to a well-to-do suburb. Asner plays her misanthropic neighbor. The move is not entirely unlike TV Land striking ratings gold with its first comedy, "Hot in Cleveland," casting fellow small-screen legend White in a supporting role.

The move is Asner's first regular series commitment since NBC's "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" in 2006. He also was recently cast as Warren Buffett in HBO's telefilm "To Big to Fail." The Green & Associates-repped actor was previously announced as having been cast in another Cmt comedy pilot, "Regular Joe."
