Son of Fazal Ahmad Karim Fazli (a.k.a. Fazal Ahmed Karim Fazli/F.A. Karim Fazli), Saeed was known also to friends and family, and those in the industry as Faizi Bhai. He ventured into the film industry with an interest found from being exposed towards witnessing the work of his beloved father and uncles, The Fazli Brothers. Whom of which were S.F. Hasnain Fazli, Sibtain Fazli, S.F. Mabood Fazli, Masood Fazli, and Wadood Fazli. All siblings that grew up around each other and that would support each other; from in their personal life, to their social life, and career, to all aspect of field and wherever they could with one another.
Born to the Fazli's, Saeed was not a newbie to films. Smitten by the cinema bug soon after graduating from college he became friends with many future stars. He certainly belonged to an era where respect was valued over money.
