Exclusive: UK agency InterTalent, which reps the likes of Joan Collins, Amber Gill and Susanna Reid, is diversifying with the launch of a ventures outfit that will focus on talent brands.

Inspired by the success of the likes of Ksi and Logan Paul’s Prime and Mr Beast’s Feastables, Project 30 Ventures will back talent looking to launch their own consumer products.

InterTalent has teamed with its Chosen Music agency on Project 30 and the outfit will be led by consumer expert Melanie Goldsmith along with InterTalent/Chosen Music bosses Jonathan Shalit, Alex Segal and Alistair Goldsmith.

Following the “enormous success of similar ventures in the U.S.,” Project 30 said it will “take talent-driven ideas from concept to successful market launches.”

Reality television has received a lot of attention because of the cast members. On competition shows, this attention is mostly directed at the contestants. Singing competitions can be an exception, since the attention of fans is mostly directed at the famous judges. However, the hosts of these shows are rarely focused on as much.

Enter Claudia Winkleman, who hosts the UK version of The Traitors. The show is originally based on a Dutch show titled De Verraders. The show sees Claudia separating the contestants into two categories: the traitors and the faithfuls, the latter of which aren't aware of whom the traitors actually are. The faithfuls need to discover who is a traitor and vote them out without being voted out themselves. The faithfuls make every effort to do this so they can keep all the prize money for themselves.

It’s official – the BBC is making traitors and faithfuls out of celebrities.

The UK broadcaster has just confirmed its long-gestating Celebrity Traitors series and the Claudia Winkleman-hosted show will land next year. The BBC has also greenlit a fourth season of the regular version of The Traitors UK.

The news confirms Deadline’s scoop from several months back, when we told you a deal between producer Studio Lambert and the BBC was close.

Olivia Bertolotti is the latest to exit Ymu and has joined the London outfit as Head of Corporates & Events, while Olivia Russo has left Joe Sugg and Caspar Lee’s Mve to become an Agent at InterTalent.

Bertolotti will oversee InterTalent’s corporates and events division. She had been with Ymu for seven years, working in the events division with stars including Graham Norton, Nicole Scherzinger and Claudia Winkleman. Exclusive: An unlikely dream contestant has emerged for The Traitors: Liz Truss.

Stephen Lambert, executive producer of the hit BBC reality series, said the former UK prime minister would be a perfect candidate for the show.

A celebrity version is all but confirmed for 2025 and Deadline asked Lambert and Tim Harcourt, Studio Lambert’s chief creative officer, about potential casting.

Speaking on the BAFTA TV Awards red carpet, Lambert said: “Liz Truss, I think she’d be great. It’s very important on that show to be able to tell the truth, also to not tell the truth, and she would be challenged possibly.”

On Friday, Taylor Swift‘s boyfriend Travis Kelce, the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, traveled across the globe to attend the fifth show of Swift’s six-night residency at Singapore’s National Stadium.

Kelce’s friend, Harry Clark, also shared a Boomerang video on his Instagram Story that showed his Eras Tour wristband and tagged the National Stadium as his location. The Traitors has confirmed its status as one of British television’s hits of the year after Season 2’s final episode drew record ratings.

The Claudia Winkleman-fronted BBC reality series ended with an audience of 8M after seven days of streaming and catch-up viewing was accounted for, according to UK ratings body Barb.

This was a million more than its overnight audience of 6.9M and made it the most-watched show on British TV in the week to January 28.

The Traitors has not had a higher-rated episode over the course of its two seasons, with people flocking to the wink-murder-style game to watch Harry Clark be crowned winner.

Produced by All3Media-backed Studio Lambert, the show steadily built its audience throughout its 12-part run (see below), with BBC1 broadcasting batches of three episodes on a Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night during January.
