Loretta Dugaro(I)

Loretta Jolene Dugaro was born in Nanaimo, British Columbia on Vancouver Island, Canada to Eleanor May Swanson and Danilo Sergio Dugaro. She is of Italian, Danish, Swedish, Slovenian and British decent.
Lorettas love of entertaining started at an early age. At the young age of five, she performed on stage at a local community hall, singing and dancing for the crowd of volunteers where her mother was helping set up a concert. She frequently put on plays and performances for family and friends. She started singing lessons at age six and was cast in her first Musical, The Wizard of Oz at age seven. She went on to star in various Musicals throughout her Elementary and High school years. She loves to tell stories and make others laugh.
Loretta attended the Acting for Stage and Screen Program at Capilano University. Passionate not only about acting, but also Painting and Photography, Loretta studied Visual Arts at Vancouver Island University. She also trained at Prana Yoga College of Vancouver and is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher.
She has been cast in various independent films, commercial projects and an Improv series launched by CineCentral Film Society taped at RogersTV Studio.
Loretta enjoys spending time in nature, traveling and is an avid snowboarder. She is passionate about environmental and animal rights causes. She currently resides in Ladysmith, British Columbia with her partner Daniel and two rescue cats, Cleo and Junebug.
