Sing is the husband, and Shong is the wife. For example, Sing uses "hyeong" when talking about his brother (doesn't have to be biological brother, usually hyeong is used with any guy older than you that you respect and are close to). Hyung is used by a younger male to call an older male friend or sibling.

Sing Shong (also translated as Sing-Syong, or sing N song on the official Webtoon page) is the pseudonym used by the married couple who co-authored Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint as well as The World After The Fall.
