Brolle

Brolle, born in Inbyn/Boden, is a Swedish musician, singer and actor. His stage name "Brolle" emanates his older sisters used to call him Little Brother which eventually evolved into Brolle Jr. Junior because his father is also named Kjell. Brolle was discovered on Channel 5's talent show "Popstars" in 2001 and subsequently released debut single "Playing with Fire". In 2002, he was honored "Årets norrbottning" ( This Years North Bothnian) for putting his home municipality on the map. In 2005 he recorded a tribute to Dutch/Swedish ballad singer Cornelis Vreeswijk, "Brolle Jr Interprets Cornelis - A Moment on Earth", an artist he became fascinated by as a teenager. Along with Elvis Presley and Swedish poet Dan Andersson who belonged to his repertoire at the beginning of his career. On the theater stage he has performed in the musical "Footloose" (2008) as "Tommy", and in the lead of "The Buddy Holly Musical" (2009), and also starring in "Elvis, Cash , The Killer and Me" (2019).
