Tricia K. Spooner
- Actor
I began in acting later in life when I volunteered as background in a local indie film that my nephew was in (as a surprise to him!). I met so many wonderful people, one who runs an acting studio. I took the leap and signed up for a class; that was in 2022. I quickly fell in love with the craft and have continued with classes, workshops and auditioning.
As a former competitive cyclist, I have found the acting community to bring me much of the joy and challenge the bike racing offered - training, discipline, challenge, highs & lows, collaborative competition, perseverance, tenacity and dedication - and a major sense of community, support and acceptance. Acting offers this and so much more!
I have extensive on-set experience over a couple of years of background work on MOWs, TV episodics and studio TV series; along with supporting and lead roles in several indies. I love conveying feeling and am focused on expanding my abilities, to be part of projects that provide people the ability to feel.
