Mark Boyett, Lisa Levy, Sam Nicotero, Don Salvo and Cathy Vonderau in the cast. Edward Gilbert was also director. Mark Negrin was set and costume designer. Dennis Parichy was lighting designer. James Capenos was sound designer.
