She was awarded the OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2023 King's New Year's Honours List for her services to Broadcasting and to the International Television Format industry. She is President of the Entertainment Programs for Fremantle Media in North America. She is based in Los Angeles, California, United States of America.
