Biography

Mathe Kabe is an actor of Georgian heritage, born in Pietrasanta, Italy. He trained at Fontainebleau School of Acting and also attended programs at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, BIMM London, and Youth Music Theatre (YMT).

He made his screen debut in Con la grazia di un Dio (2023), directed by Alessandro Roja, which was selected for the Giornate degli Autori at the Venice Film Festival. In the film, he starred alongside Tommaso Ragno and Maya Sansa.

In 2023, Mathe joined the cast of Changing Signs (2023), a highly acclaimed Georgian TV series directed by Ioseb 'Soso' Bliadze, portraying Lucas in the upcoming seasons.

He's also the grandson of Manana Abazadze and Sergo Orjonikidze, the beloved couple from Me, bebia, Iliko da Ilarioni (1962) directed by Tengiz Abuladze.
