Folk singer and guitarist, whose sons are UB40 members Ali Campbell, Robin Campbell & Duncan Campbell, and their manager, David Campbell. His own group, the Clarion Skiffle Group (changed in 1958 to The Ian Campbell Four, and in 1963 to The Ian Campbell Folk Group), featured his sister Lorna Campbell. Other members included Brian Clark, John Dunkerley, Dave Phillips, Dave Swarbrick, Dave Pegg, and Andy Smith.
