John R. Howley

John R. Howley is best known for leading the feature film Bleeding (2024). Distributed by Cineverse and featured in Variety, Bleeding (2024) won Best Midnight Feature at Dances With Films NY and is now streaming on Screambox and all major VOD platforms. A familiar face in NYC's downtown theatre scene, Howley has performed with the Williamstown Theatre Festival, the Elif Collective, and other ensembles. He is a recent graduate of Columbia University, where he received three distinguished awards recognizing his excellence in dramatic performance. Since then, Howley has continued to build a dynamic and varied body of work across both stage and screen, establishing himself as a rising talent with a compelling future in entertainment.
