Season 33 of Dancing With The Stars was everything I had hoped for. We were introduced to a special group of people and couples this season of the dance competition series. Ilona Maher, Dwight Howard, and Reginald VelJohnson are some of the amazing contestants who stood out to me. The most wholesome friendships blossomed - such as Rylee Arnold and Ilona and Alan Bersten, and overall, this season brought life and joy back into this show. The only thing that was missing throughout the season was the big celebration when Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson were announced as the winners.

Dancing With The Stars has brought extreme entertainment to our television screens for the past 19 years. The reason why this show has succeeded for almost two decades is because they know how to bring entertainment, star power, the best of the best professional dancers, and fan-favorite stars. Season 33 was a fantastic season and made me genuinely fall in love with almost every couple, especially Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson and Ilona Maher and Alan Bersten. There were countless wholesome moments to come out of this season, but there was one factor missing: the drama. This show used to have dramatic moments, especially when the couples had access to the confessionals.

It was finally time for the Dancing With the Stars season 33 finale and crowning a winner of the Mirrorball trophy has never been so difficult. All of the celebrities this year have been incredible and the five remaining couples all brought something unique to the dance floor. In the end, only one could win.
There were two dances performed, which included a redemption routine and then a freestyle round. In essence, the redemption dance gave the celebrities a chance to redo a challenging dance from one of the previous weeks.
The night started off with the judges recapping the best aspects of each of the celebrity finalists, including their personality, dance styles, and how they have grown as dancers. Then when the show began, the couples did a redemption dance.

Carrie Ann Inaba has been one of the most significant talking points of Dancing With the Stars Season 33.
Her status as a judge has been questioned, with viewers split on whether her critiques have been constructive or biased.
The drama paved the way for reports that Carrie Ann’s future with the show was in jeopardy.
It got so bad that the studio audience booed her actions as the show was filmed.
Thanks to DWTS being shot live, there was no sugarcoating that, but Carrie Ann has been defiant in her responses, explaining that she’s on the show to judge performances.
As with any show of this nature, there are always those who offer criticism that doesn’t align with the majority of viewers.
During Tuesday’s Season 33 finale, Carrie Ann was booed again for her comments about Joey Graziadei’s freestyle.
Booing is becoming a big part of DWTS

After a season of shocking eliminations, the final five took to the ballroom one last time on the Dancing With the Stars Season 33 finale.
But only one of them emerged with the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.
Going into the episode, it was difficult to predict who would win because every competitor brought their A-game in these final weeks.
Unfortunately, the overstuffed three-hour finale dragged due to the return of various former stars, including Anna Delvey.
Of course, more sparks flew between Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko, who seemed determined to make viewers question their relationship status forever at this point.
Sadly, some performances probably didn’t deserve a spot in the finale.
