Julian Amos was born in Shenley Green, Birmingham, UK.
Julian trained as an actor at 'Acting for Screen' in Birmingham, UK, and has since appeared in major roles and supporting featured roles in films and TV, including the role of 'Old Boy' in the Ch4/DMAX TV Series 'Get Millie Black', in the role of Norman in the horror feature film, 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears - Death & Porridge, as Sam Richardson in the feature film, The 8, and also as a specialist consultant for the filming of the TV documentary, 'Who Killed Lawrence of Arabia?' He has also appeared in supporting/featured roles in the TV series' D.I Ray (season 2 episode 1), Pennyworth (season 3), Three Little Birds and Two Tone. During 2023 he presented the popular YouTube and Roku TV series, 'Dark Encounters UK'.
Before beginning his acting career Julian played and toured as a musician/singer-songwriter with bands and as a solo artist in the UK, Italy and USA, and later worked as a motorcycle development test rider for Triumph Motorcycles and Royal Enfield motorcycle companies, occasionally writing features and articles for motorcycle magazines. He is also the author of five books.
