Rob Schneider Called 'Vile' After Controversial Post on NBA Legend's Death
Image
Former SNL star Rob Schneider, one of the most controversial comedians in modern times, has just taken another step towards the road to cancelation. The actor has gone on X, formerly known as Twitter, to express his opinion with a very controversial repost: While he wasn't literal about it, he reposted a 2021 video where NBA legend Dikembe Mutombo promoted vaccinations. Considering his known distaste for child vaccinations, Schneider was incendiary when reposting Mutombo's original pro-vaccination post in the aftermath of his passing. Mutombo died yesterday due to complications with brain cancer.

The star of critically panned comedies like Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo and Grown Ups, and one of Adam Sandler's best friends, posted the following: "Rest in Peace Im sure this is just (another) coincidence. But I took a pass on the Jab and Im gonna not let anyone I know (and who will Listen) get it either!"

Laura Jane Grace Sings to the Holes in Your Head on ‘Hole in My Head’
Image
Laura Jane Grace makes an appeal to your ears — the two most important holes in your head, at least for her purposes — with the short-and-giddy title track of her upcoming album, Hole in My Head. “You can try to outrun all the pain you come from,” she sings over charging, quarter-note punk-rock chord changes. “That would be a real mistake … I need a hole in my head.” The song follows “Dysphoria Hoodie,” the first single off the album, which will come out Feb. 16.

In the video for “Hole in My Head,...

Laura Jane Grace Announces New Album Hole in My Head, 2024 Tour Dates
Image
Laura Jane Grace has announced her second full-length studio album, Hole in My Head, which is due for release on February 16th, 2024 via Polyvinyl Record Co. She’s also shared the album’s title track as a single, and unveiled a string of new tour dates for 2024.

Grace’s first collection of songs since 2021’s At War with the Silverfish, Hole in My Head will feature the single “Dysphoria Hoodie,” which first debuted this past October. Written 30 years removed from the days when her band Against Me! was first beginning, the album captures the sense of reflection that she’s been leaning into recently.

The single “Hole in My Head” conveys this, pairing a stirring, youthful melody with lyrics bearing the wisdom of Grace’s years. “You can try to outrun all the pain you come from/ That would be a real mistake” she sings on the bridge, building into...
