Nicholas Asbury

Nicholas Asbury won an Olivier Award as part of the Royal Shakespeare Company in 2009 and has since starred as 'Jim' in the triple BAFTA Award-winning comedy 'Alma's Not Normal' for the BBC. He has guested on The Inbetweeners, Chewing Gum and Sherlock among many other appearances, notably playing a younger Winston Churchill in the BBC's '37 Days' and Mr. Angel, the top-hatted nutter, in Hugh Laurie's 'Why Didn't They Ask Evans?' alongside Will Poulter and Lucy Boynton. He also won The Michael Meyer Award for his writing (he has published two books), composed the music for several theatre productions, and played piano in every 5-star hotel in London, which was very boring, and guitar for various bands, which most certainly wasn't. He has also blown fire on 5ft stilts, juggled a chainsaw, and been hanged 10 metres above the stage - not in the same show.
