Sammie Jo Clark

Sammie Jo Clark is an award-winning actress working across film, television, and commercials. Her passion for performance began at an early age, and after years of doing theater, she entered the film world full force. As a survivor of a Congenital Heart Defect, resilience and determination have shaped both her personal journey, and her acting career. Sammie Jo began her film career, staring as the lead character Charlotte in the feature film "Film Camp". Her delivery of the role earned her the "Best Actress, Teen" award for the project. Since then, she has continued to build a name for herself, appearing in a variety of movies, TV series, and commercial projects. Besides titles such as "Film Camp", Sammie Jo is known for her leading roles in "Aftermath" as the antagonist Judy, and "Stealing Church" as Sara Nyland. She has been cast in anticipated films such as "The Flash Requiem", as the role of Lara Carver. She can also be seen staring as Eve in the TV series "Eve Rules the World", or in the special "Young Buzz Enstein" as Abby. Sammie Jo works in commercials as well, having been featured in several public service announcements. In addition to acting, Sammie Jo is active behind the camera as a writer, working on creating stories and writing scripts. She is developing original projects, including the upcoming feature film "Wake Up". She has also worked in the sound department as a sound gaffer, helping for a movie and TV series. In her spare time, Sammie Jo trains in the martial arts of Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, practicing her stunt work. She is certified in basic handgun and rifle firearms operation, and even reads and speaks basic Latin. Sammie Jo is a mezzo-soprano singer with an alto belt, and can speak in a British dialect. While expanding her presence in the industry, Sammie Jo continues to share her journey as a CHD survivor. Working to grow her performance and skills, she is currently involved in several upcoming projects, and brings unwavering passion to every role.
