Lauren Kravchenko is a Los Angeles-based actor known for her emotionally grounded performances and commanding presence on screen. With a life journey as dynamic as her characters, Lauren brings a deep well of authenticity, resilience, and range to every role she inhabits.
Lauren's path to acting was anything but conventional. She started on the stage at 5 years old. At 19, she traded the bright lights for camouflage, enlisting in the U.S. Air Force as a Military Police under Special Operations. She later served as a Flight Attendant for high-ranking military personnel in Washington, D.C., before returning to her first love: storytelling.
A war widow, mother, and former surrogate mother, Lauren channels her lived experience into layered portrayals of strong, complex women. She is also a children's book author, certified makeup artist, and Reiki healer-constantly weaving empathy and transformation into her creative work.
Trained in Meisner, Stanislavski-inspired technique, Strasberg method and Improv at UCB, Lauren works across film, television, and voiceover, often cast in roles that blend power with vulnerability-villains, survivors, matriarchs, and mystical figures. Her recent credits include Cult Classic and Vet TV, and she is currently represented by Hero Talent Agency.
