Kiran Deol stars as the lead in Sundance 2025's Didn't Die, which Paste Magazine calls "a star making turn" and The Daily Beast calls "a charming lead performance." She is an Emmy-nominated and Oscar-shortlisted filmmaker, actor, writer and stand-up comedian. She wrote, acted, and directed I Would Never, a short that got into Toronto International Film Festival and won Best Drama at Hollyshorts; and has projects in television development. Other credits include the NBC/Hulu comedy Sunnyside, the cult hit Destroy All Neighbors opposite Alex Winter, How To Get Away with Murder, Modern Family, and more. Her first documentary Woman Rebel was nominated for an Emmy, shortlisted for an Oscar, and won an IDA Award. After garnering millions of views on her videos and touring across the country at places like NY Comedy Festival and the Kennedy Center, her first comedy special Joysuck is now available on Amazon Prime.
