John Kim(LXXXV)

John Kim is an LA-based, Korean-American filmmaker and photographer, raised in Germany and the Bay Area. Through his work, John aims to evoke empathy by exploring hyper-personal journeys. John believes there are no inherently evil people, only complex individuals shaped by unique circumstances. He's a recent graduate from USC's film & television production program and has worked as a creative for Republic Records and Columbia Records. Over the past few years, John has created over a dozen short films which have gotten recognition from festivals such as the National Film Festival for Talented Youth (NFFTY), the Asian American International Film Festival, the Montreal Independent Film Festival, and the Lift-Off Global Film Festival.
