Biography

Erez Aviram

Edit

Biography

    • Erez Aviram was born on November 20, 1968, in Israel. He is an award-winning, highly acclaimed TV comedy writer. Aviram is known for Hashoter Hatov (2015-2019), the original Israeli series upon which Netflix's 'The Good Cop' was based on.

Critics described Hashoter Hatov as "one of the most refreshing comedies recently produced in Israel...whoever consumes a lot of television won't have a hard time recognizing the small details and professionalism that drip from each moment - from the main storyline to the small ones. "(Time Out); "A series that brings to the forefront a gallery of fringe characters that gel together into a wonderful comedy ensemble." (Haaretz); "The second season of The Good Cop not only surpasses the first season but also provides sharp and witty satirical moments." (Yedioth Aharonoth).
