- On December 29, 2016 he was arrested on suspicion of possession of child pornography, production of child pornography, sending harmful material to a minor and distribution of child pornography, including uploading videos to YouTube. Although he pleaded not guilty on January 5, 2017, he is expected to change his plea to guilty on April 2, 2018.
