Director Gerard Lambkin ACS is renowned for work that is insightful,
emotive and highly memorable. Both as a Director and Cinematographer,
Gerard's commercial work has been highly awarded on a national and
international level on numerous occasions (including NY Festivals,
Mobius, ACS, One Show). Most recently winning Best in Show and Best
Narrative at the highly acclaimed The One Show's One Screen Festival
2014 in New York City.
Gerard is honored with the rare and notable distinction of being one of a handful of Directors to ever be awarded full accreditation as a Cinematographer by the Australia Cinematographers Society, entitling him to use the converted ACS letters after his name. At home behind the camera, and equally skilled with delivering insightful and touching performance, Gerard's unique skill set positions him perfectly to tackle a diverse range of genres and creative executions.
Gerard's experience in the industry spans more than 16 years and includes time spent working in post-production, long form drama and TVC production. This experience shows as he is extremely well versed in all aspects of film production.
