Southern Charm (2013)
Southern Charm and Southern Hospitality reportedly renewed
Southern Charm (2013)
The Charlestonians will be back filming in no time.

Southern Charm and its spin-off, Southern Hospitality, will reportedly return for at least one more season each on Bravo.

It’s not surprising news, especially after Leva Bonaparte shared she was leaving Southern Charm to focus on her business and Southern Hospitality.

Things are chaotic in both groups of friends, but some cross over. We have seen Taylor Ann Green film both shows, but her friends are predominantly on Hospitality.

Queens of Bravo is reporting that filming for Charm will pick up this month, which is on point for when Season 10 began to film last year.

Hospitality details are unclear, but we suspect the cameras should be up in the next few weeks, especially if they hope to film a summer season.

‘Southern Hospitality’: Mia Alario & Molly Moore Break Down the Vegas Group Trip & Newest Will Kulp Cheating Rumors
Image
Things continued to be all about Emmy Sharrett and Will Kulp on Thursday’s (February 13) episode of Southern Hospitality. Even though the whole crew was in Las Vegas ostensibly to support Maddi Reese‘s DJ-ing gig — which was capped off with an Elvis-officiated wedding, no less — and Mia Alario making a surprise return after months away doing her pageant run, the attention returned to the relationship that’s been at the center of so many rumors this season. This time, Will was actually there with the crew in Sin City. But whether that made things better or worse is a matter of opinion. At Mia’s suggestion, Will made the grand gesture of apologizing to Emmy in front of everyone for the rude things he’d said about her — ya know, the issue that had everyone fired up during the last group trip — but within minutes, Lake Rucker brought up...

Southern Charm (2013)

The Summer House star announced their breakup before the end of 2024, revealing she and Craig were on the same page.

However, that was not the case, as Craig revealed the split wasn’t mutual. When he briefly touched upon the split last month, the Southern Charm star said it was “unexpected.”

His comments on Watch What Happens Live gave viewers a clearer picture of what happened.

‘Southern Hospitality’ Sneak Peek: Uh Oh, Emmy Sharret May Be in Trouble at Work (Video)
Image
It’s been a decidedly difficult season for Emmy Sharrett on Southern Hospitality. Throughout Season 3 so far, she has been at the center of several controversies, but they have arguably not been of her own making … until now, at least. In this exclusive sneak peek at Thursday’s (January 30) new episode, the Republic crew is hard at work serving on a busy night. And since Emmy is a no call, no show, Maddi Reese is having to pick up the slack for her by heading up table service. Maddi seems surprised by Emmy’s absence, noting that it’s not like her to just ditch out on work without word, and contemplates texting Emmy to see if she’s okay. Then, in a confessional, Maddi reveals it’s a known no-no in their business: “The worst thing you can do in hospitality is no call, no show… I know she...

“It Was a Risk That I Took”: Joe Bradley & Maddi Reese Make Their Romance Official in ‘Southern Hospitality’ Season 3
Image
Joe Bradley and Maddi Reese from Southern Hospitality have been through many ups and downs while being on the show. Whether it was with their friendships in the group or their romantic relationships, they would always come back to one another because they valued the friendship between the two. Viewers and the cast have always known that Joe had feelings for Maddi and, for a shocker, during Season 3 of the show, everyone will get to see their romantic relationship evolve as they have made it official between the two. It was a long time coming, but these lovebirds are shooting their shot to see if they are a couple that is meant to be. Maddi went through a very toxic relationship at the start of Southern Hospitality, so being able to see her in a different relationship will give the viewers a chance to see another side of her.

Leva Bonaparte Responds To Rumors Southern Hospitality Is Faked
Image
A new season of Southern Hospitality dropped after the new year, and it started off with a bang. Joe Bradley and Maddi Reese are in a relationship, Tj Dinch is trying to find romance in Charleston, Emmy Sharrett and Will Kulp are still very much in love, and Grace Lilly is on her healing journey that consists of seeing Bob Marley while using ayahuasca.

When the show first aired in late 2022, it was a spin-off of Bravo's beloved series Southern Charm as it centers around the employees at Leva Bonaparte's Republic Garden & Lounge in Charleston, South Carolina. In fact, it also resembles Vanderpump Rules in a way, with Leva often giving out free advice to her employees, who all have their own personal issues aside from being servers, bartenders, and managers.

Unfortunately, Leva had to come to the defense of her show after some had called it fake.

Image
Your browser does not support the video tag.

Southern Hospitality is the third spin-off of Southern Charm. The show, which started in 2022 and is about to go into its third season, gave fans a whole new look into the nightlife of Charleston.

The series follows Southern Charm's Leva Bonaparte as she manages the South Carolina Republic Garden & Lounge and its rowdy staff. Leva and her husband, Lamar, own four restaurants along the city’s famous King Street, but Republic is the crown jewel. The show is often compared to Vanderpump Rules, a Real Housewives spinoff about the messy lives of the staff of Lisa Vanderpump's bars and restaurants.

The key connection between Southern Hospitality and Southern Charm is Leva. She has been a key cast member on Southern Charm since Season 7, and has been declared the reality show's "motherly figure." Multiple Southern Charm stars have appeared in both seasons of Southern Hospitality,...

The New Year began with the premiere of Season 3 of Southern Hospitality, the Bravo spinoff of Southern Charm, which follows the personal and professional lives of employees at Leva Bonaparte's Republic Garden & Lounge in Charleston, South Carolina.

One of the main cast members is VIP-host-turned-manager Joe Bradley. Although the season focuses on his relationship with his co-worker Maddi Reese, Joe found himself in the tabloids in early 2024, when it was believed that he had made out with Real Housewives of New York City's Luann de Lesseps. The two both appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and rumors ran rampant that the two hooked up.

Southern Hospitality officially returns for Season 3 in January. The reality TV show spinoff follows Southern Charm's Leva Bonaparte and the staff at her restaurants and bars, Republic Lounge & Garden and Bourbon and Bubbles Restaurant & Bar.

The upcoming third season has been touted as the successor to Vanderpump Rules, which Bravo is currently rebooting and replacing the cast for the 12th season.

“I definitely think it could be a great void,” Southern Hospitality star Leva Bonaparte told Us Weekly in December 2024. “I always say that I think it’s sort of the love child of a Below Deck and Vanderpump because the club is so vastly different from a restaurant. It’s not like we’re a lounge. We are a full-fledged nightclub.”

According to People, the Southern Hospitality Season 3 trailer teased some of the drama in store for the staff of the Republic.

Bravo Confirms Southern Hospitality's Season 3 Cast With 'Shocking' Trailer
Image
Southern Hospitality, a younger, lower-profile spin-off of Bravo's Southern Charm, is returning for Season 3, and the network just dropped tons of new info about the upcoming season.

It can be difficult to keep track of Bravo's convoluted and interconnected universe of reality TV shows, and Southern Hospitality seems to get lost in the shuffle sometimes.

Along the same lines, reality TV spin-offs can take some time to find their footing (and their audiences), and Southern Hospitality is still rather new in contrast with genre mainstays like the nearly innumerable Real Housewives franchises.

Southern Hospitality centers around Southern Charm's Leva Bonaparte, and as the title suggests, it documents Leva's "hospitality" businesses, Republic Lounge & Garden and Bourbon and Bubbles Restaurant & Bar.

Season 1 of the show debuted in November 2022, with Season 2 following in December 2023.

Southern Hospitality does not yet have its own subreddit on Reddit, but fans of the show...

There’s an endless stream of Bravo content at the moment, thanks to the drama of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Married to Medicine, and Vanderpump Rules, but one show people are unceremoniously overlooking is Southern Hospitality.

Armed with a dynamic cast and drama reminiscent of those early days of Vanderpump Rules, it deserves far more recognition than it gets.

In today’s TV climate, the Bravo shows with the most scandalous moments get all of the attention, so it’s upsetting that a show featuring one of the most authentic casts to grace our screen in a long time isn’t getting the attention it deserves.

For those uninitiated, Southern Hospitality follows Southern Charm‘s Leva Bonaparte and the staff at her restaurants and bars.

Image
Bravoholics get ready: BravoCon 2023 has revealed its talent list this for year’s event, which includes over 150 Bravoleberties, from Housewives to Million-Dollar Listers to Southern Charmers — and everyone inBravotween.

Andy Cohen is set to attend the 2023 convention while filming five tapings of “Watch What Happens Live” from the Paris Theater at Paris Las Vegas. BravoCon made the cross-country move to Sin City following its two-year run in New York.

“Vanderpump Rules” stars Ariana Madix, Tom Sandoval and Lisa Vanderpump — but not #Scandoval participant Raquel/Rachel Leviss, who’s quit the show — are on the list, alongside “Real Housewives” stars Kandi Burruss, Sheree Whitfield, Garcelle Beauvais, Kyle Richards, Crystal Kung Minkoff, Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Gizelle Bryant, Tamra Judge and Lisa Barlow.

With such a stacked list, it seems like ex-“Real Housewives of New York City” star Bethenny Frankel’s recent call to action for her fellow reality stars...

BravoCon 2023: Rachel Leviss Not Part of Announced Las Vegas Lineup
Image
“Vanderpump Rules” star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss is not part of the BravoCon 2023 lineup that was revealed Friday morning. The former pageant queen and Scandoval participant has not been filming the Bravo reality show — currently in production for eleventh season — and appeared this week on Bethenny Frankel’s podcast to speak out against the network.

Among her claims, Leviss says she has not “seen a penny” after the highly-rated tenth season that focused on her secret relationship with costar Tom Sandoval, who was in a long-term relationship with Ariana Madix. On Friday, Leviss announced she has no plans to return to reality TV and has a “no contact” policy with her former castmates.

Frankel is also not part of the BravoCon lineup, which moves from New York to Las Vegas this year.

Also notably absent from the confirmed list is “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Mary Cosby, who rejoins...

Southern Hospitality's Mikel Simmons Questions If Grace Has His Back
Image
Mikel Simmons revealed that he called out Grace Lilly over not having his back while filming Southern Hospitality. Mikel and Grace, who have known each other since middle school, are just two of the cast members of Bravo's newest reality series based in Charleston, South Carolina. The show has a Vanderpump Rules-esque feel to it, with a crew of young employees working at Republic Garden & Lounge, which happens to be owned by Southern Charm's Leva Bonaparte. With only a handful of episodes to date, this cast has brought everything Bravo fans want in a show: fun moments, genuine friendships and, of course, intense drama. As the first half of Southern Hospitality season 1 has played out, the exciting and emotional series of events surrounding Mikel and Grace versus the rest of the cast has viewers begging for more.

One of Southern Hospitality's significant storylines so far has focused...

Grace Wants Southern Hospitality Co-Stars Held Accountable For Behavior
Image
Grace Lilly isn't happy seeing her Southern Hospitality costars get away with bad behavior while she and Mikel Simmons have to face the consequences. The Southern Charm spinoff series recently took a break from showcasing Joe Bradley's unrequited love for Maddi Reese and refocused on Grace's feud with Mia Alario. Grace admitted she was triggered by seeing the guy she liked date Mia's friend instead of her, which prompted her to slut shame the friend. She later apologized but then continued to disrespect Mia and her friend. Toward the end of the episode, Leva Bonaparte confronted her employees about inappropriate social media posts that Grace was a part of.

However, Grace feels like her costars aren't being held accountable for their behavior, except for Mikel. During the episode, Grace tweeted, "I swear @iammikelsimmons & I are the only ones on this show held accountable for our actions.. give us a damn break.

Mia & Grace Get Into Heated Argument In Southern Hospitality Sneak Peek
Image
A sneak peek of the new Southern Hospitality episode shows Mia Alario and Grace Lilly up against each other in an argument over a guy Grace was interested in. The Southern Charm spinoff follows former star Leva Bonaparte as she runs her nightclub, Republic Garden & Lounge, with the help of her 20-something-year-old employees. The series stars Mia, Grace, Maddi Reese, Mikel Simmons, Grace Lilly, Joe Bradley, Lucía Peña, Will Kulpt, Emmy Sharrett, Tj Dinch, and Bradley Carter. One of the most prominent storylines is Joe hiding his feelings for Maddi while she reconciles with her ex-boyfriend, who previously cheated on her.

However, the sneak peek doesn't show the Southern Hospitality love triangle and instead focuses on the tension between Mia and Grace. Mikel shared the clip on Instagram, revealing the issues began at a rental home the day after the cast went to watch a NASCAR race. Mia tells her...

Southern Hospitality: Why Maddi Should Leave Trevor For Joe
Image
Maddi Reese on Southern Hospitality thinks going back to her ex-boyfriend Trevor was a good idea, but Joe Bradley has a lot more to offer her. The new Bravo series follows Southern Charm star, Leva Bonaparte and her staff as they manage Leva's nightclub, Republic Garden & Lounge. Joe, the VIP host of the club, expressed early into the show that he has feelings for Maddi. Unfortunately, he hasn't yet figured out how to express these feelings to her. While he tried to figure it out, Maddi got back together with Trevor, and now he's stuck watching the two rekindle their relationship.

It seems obvious to everyone in the Southern Hospitality star's life that Trevor is a bad influence, but Joe could be really good for her. The reason Maddi and Trevor initially broke up was that he cheated on her. While people can change, and many have worked through cheating and formed stronger relationships,...

Southern Hospitality (2022)
How Southern Hospitality Glamorizes Toxic Masculinity
Southern Hospitality (2022)
The new series Southern Hospitality already seems to promote and indulge in a problematic view of men and women, with some toxic and old-fashioned notions. The show is a spinoff of Southern Charm, following Leva Bonaparte at her Charleston restaurants, mainly Republic, but also Bourbon N’ Bubbles. Its cast members include Joe Bradley, Will Kulp, Tj Dinch, Bradley Carter, Emmy Sharrett, and Maddi Reese.

The worrying behavior on Southern Hospitality ranges from eyebrow-raising to stomach-turning. Some of the toxic elements the show glamorizes are unconditional physical toughness, fear of emotions, sexual entitlement, and objectification of women. Leva Bonaparte definitely stood out on Southern Charm, but her new cast brings some unexpected baggage. The new Bravo show’s premiere comes swinging early on with some potentially upsetting rhetoric.
