Max Roth is an Australian actor recently named top 50 finalist for the national AACTA Young Stars initiative, in partnership with Casting Networks and the Casting Guild of Australia. He is called regularly to audition for leading and supporting roles worldwide. His three latest credits include booking the role of Eli in an independent feature thriller 'Onwards', the lead role of Dallas Cantaga in Griffith Film School's grad film 'Two Super' and the lead role of Lachlan McBriare in a QUT (Queensland University of Technology) grad film 'Cowboy L.A.'
Max was on a chemistry callback and was down to the final two boys to play a supporting role on a Disney Series. Prior, on a strong hold and chemistry callback for the series 'Young Rock' (S2).
Max played the role of Danny Zuko in his 2025 school stage musical 'Grease'.
He has studied screen acting under several industry professionals including American director Nick Cassavetes (American Arts Film TV Academy), Peter Rasmussen (Uta Hagen Course), Tom McSweeney (Warehouse Workshop), Dr. Kylie Loveday (Creating Artists) and Peter Kent (accent coach).
Max's extra-curricular activities include weekly singing lessons and gymnastics. He has obtained his marine licence and enjoys spending time on the water.
Max has been learning foreign accents with his coach for many years and has become skilled in standard American, Southern American, New York, Russian, British Cockney and British received pronunciation.
He has booked a number of national television commercials and has appeared on advertising billboards across Australia.
