    • John Hubbard was born on April 14, 1914 in East Chicago, Indiana, USA. He was an actor, known for L'homme de l'Arizona (1957), Coups de théâtre (1938) and An Old-Fashioned Girl (1949). He was married to Lois. He died on November 6, 1988 in Camarillo, California, USA.

  • In between acting jobs worked as a car salesman and restaurant manager.
  • American actor who began in musicals and Hal Roach comedies before briefly becoming a minor leading man during the war years. Following military service he was relegated to support roles and bits. He made many guest appearances on episodes of TV shows.
  • Initially signed as 'Jack Hubbard' by Paramount in 1937. Subsequently acted under the name 'Anthony Allan' in several MGM films of the late 1930's.
  • Hobbies included collecting books.
  • Although he played Dick Foran's son in La Tombe de la momie (1942), he was only four years his junior in real life.
