    • Ann Hovey was born on August 29, 1911 in Mount Vernon, Indiana, USA. She was an actress, known for Danger Patrol (1937), Kiss and Make-Up (1934) and Trompe-la-mort (1938). She was married to Crowell, William and Husey, Robert. She died on August 25, 2007 in Arizona, USA.

  • At age 7, she was involved in a serious car accident and lost the sight of her left eye. Her sight in the eye was eventually restored.
  • Pretty, dark-haired minor actress who, following a number of chorus girl parts in Warner Bros. musical films, signed up with RKO in 1936, retiring from films in 1938 after marrying William Crowell of the Crowell Publishing Company. She and Crowell later divorced and she married press agent Robert Husey.
  • Wampas Baby Star of 1934.
  • She was one of the girls who wore a giant gold coin in the big "We're in the Money" number in Chercheuses d'or de 1933 (1933).
  • Graduated from an Indiana High School in 1929, then headed off to Hollywood.
