Jany Holt was born on 13 May 1909 in Bucharest, Romania. She was an actress and director, known for Le pays sans étoiles (1946), Mademoiselle de la Ferté (1949) and Le paradis de Satan (1938). She was married to Marcel Dalio. She died on 26 October 2005 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, France.
