Marianne Hold was born on 15 May 1929 in Johannisburg, East Prussia, Germany [now Pisz, Warminsko-Mazurskie, Poland]. She was an actress, known for Schwarzwälder Kirsch (1958), Mein Schatz ist aus Tirol (1958) and Die Lindenwirtin vom Donaustrand (1957). She was married to Frederick Stafford. She died on 11 September 1994 in Lugano, Ticino, Switzerland.
