‘Ash vs. Evil Dead: The Complete Series’ Blu-ray Review
For horror fans, especially the ones who love Evil Dead, there has always been the dream of seeing Bruce Campbell return in another film. Yet with the Evil Dead remake by Fede Alvarez hope was somewhat lost… That was until the announcement that Ash vs Evil Dead, a television series based on the original trilogy, was coming.

Bringing back Bruce Campbell as Ash, and with the involvement of Sam and Ivan Raimi it was something of a dream come true for fans. That is of course, if they didn’t take a mis-step and ruin the big return of such a favourite character. Thankfully this isn’t the case, and Ash vs Evil Dead is something very special. And, for me, the fact that Lucy Lawless has been included in the cast just seals the deal. I’m a big Evil Dead fan, and I loved Xena too so the...

‘Ash vs Evil Dead 3×01: Family’ Review
It has been way too long since the last Ash vs Evil Dead, so I had high hopes for the start of season 3. The first episode not only brought the show back, but brought Ash (Bruce Campbell) a new member to his family, and maybe hints of the medieval past.

With Ash opening up his new hardware store (and sex emporium) with Pablo (Ray Santiago) things are looking good. That is until his wife, Candace Barr (Katrina Hobbs) turns up to tell him his daughter Brandy (Arielle Carver-o’Neill) is in danger. With Ruby (Lucy Lawless) back to her old tricks, and Kelly (Dana DeLorenzo) bringing Dalton (Lindsay Farris) to help in the fight, can Ash save the world and his daughter) from the Deadites?

One thing that I like about Ash vs Evil Dead is that it comes in 30-minute chunks, meaning that it doesn’t mess around. Sometimes...

First Trailer For Ash Vs. Evil Dead Season 3 Is All About Ash’s Long-Lost Daughter
Deadites be damned, there’s a new threat on the horizon for Ash Williams, and it’s shaping up to be his toughest test yet: parenthood.

Yes, as IGN’s trailer premiere reveals, Ash Vs. Evil Dead season 3 will place Bruce Campbell’s one-armed legend in the company of his long-lost daughter, Brandy Barr, played by newcomer Arielle Carver-o’Neill. The mother? Candy Barr – no, really – and just yesterday, the folks over at Arrow in the Head uncovered an early peek at Ash’s former flame. It’s clearly taken from a flashback scene, as below you’ll find a close-up of Campbell’s urban legend rocking a mustache and some serious sideburns.

Candy Barr, meanwhile, will be brought to life by Katrina Hobbs. Up above, you’ll catch a glimpse of her in action alongside the fresh-faced Brandy, who immediately becomes an easy target for Ruby and her army of Deadites.
